IIMC MBAEX Application Process 2023
Step 1: Personal Information Enter your full name separated by spaces . The photo should not exceed 500 KB in size.

Step 2: Contact Information Permanent Address - Residential Provide your permanent residential address.
Step 3: Preferences Select your accommodation preference, indicating whether you require single or family accommodation.
Step 4: Test Scores In case you haven't already submitted your GMAT scores to IIM Calcutta, make sure to send them using the designated GMAT program code 9CP-HT-99. Enter your GMAT score details in the provided boxes and upload a PDF copy of your GMAT scorecard using the provided link.

Step 5: Academic Qualifications Provide your academic qualification details in chronological order, beginning with your highest qualification. Fill in the necessary information regarding the institutes you attended and the degrees obtained. Provide the institute name and the degree obtained as mentioned in your examination pass certificates. Specify the stream/specialization alongside your degree. Fill in the percentage or CGPA obtained for each examination.

Step 6: Work Experience Provide your total work experience in months as of March 31, 2024. During the application submission and interview process, it is necessary to provide work experience certificates that verify the total work experience stated in the application. Self-employed applicants should furnish their organization's registration details along with three years of IT returns. In the "Current Job Description" section, furnish comprehensive details about your present employment, encompassing the nature of your work and significant responsibilities.

It is important to ensure that the entered total work experience from Step 5 matches the auto-calculated value.
Step 7: Career Summary List your work experiences in chronological order, with your latest position first. Mention your last drawn salary, including the currency code. For each organization, compile all relevant documents into a single PDF file, ensuring that the file size does not exceed the limit of 5MB. The file should contain all relevant self-attested documents, including appointment/joining letters, release/service letters, latest salary slips, and any other relevant documents. Use the "Add More" and "Remove" buttons to add or delete additional organizations, as needed.
Step 8: Activities and Interests :These activities can include professional, social, cultural, or sports-related endeavors. Provide a brief description for each activity, including the duration and your level of involvement.
Step 9: Statement of Purpose Write a statement of purpose (SOP) between 300 to 500 words. The SOP should highlight your career path, professional interests, and future goals.
Step 10: Optional Essay (if needed) Write an optional essay within 300 words only if there is anything unusual in your profile that you wish to address or if you want to provide any additional information relevant to your application. This essay is not mandatory.
Step 11: References Provide the name, complete address, and email of two individuals who will provide recommendations for you. These individuals should be able to provide insights into your professional and/or academic capabilities. It is preferable to have at least one recommendation from your current employer or immediate supervisor.
Once you have submitted your application, your recommenders will receive an email containing a unique link to submit their recommendations online. It is important to remind them to complete and submit their recommendations before the specified deadline.
Once the submission deadline has passed, the form cannot be retrieved or accessed.
