IIMA PGPX Application Process 2023

  1. First the applicants submit an online form and they are short-listed for the Personal Interview.

  2. The short-listed candidates are expected to submit essays on specific topics, within the stipulated time period.

  3. Following are the essay topics for the previous application cycle 2022 - 23:

  4. IIMA PGPX Essay 1​ - Can you walk us through some of the challenges you faced in your work life? Please describe how you were able to overcome them. (500 words) ​Or ​Can you walk us through some challenges you faced in the last three years of your work life? (500 words)​

  5. IIMA PGPX Essay 2​ - Tell us what is special about you, which would make you a good addition to the classroom? (500 words)​

  6. IIMA PGPX Essay 3​ - What do the next five years mean to you in terms of your career? (500 words)​ Or What will a management degree bring to you at this stage of your career? (500 words)

Eligibility Criteria

  1. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline i.e. fulfilling a minimum of 15 years of education.

  2. Minimum age of 25 years as on 31st March of the year in which the program starts. For the class entering in 2024, the candidate must have completed 25 years of age as of 31st march 2024.

  3. A valid GMAT/GRE score (GMAT and GRE scores are valid for 5 years). Online GRE/GMAT Scores are not valid. 

  4. IIMA PGPX code for submitting the official GMAT score : CQQ-RR-60

  5. IIMA PGPX code for submitting the official GRE score : 4432/2237

  6. One year MBA from IIM Ahmedabad requires a minimum 4 years of full-time work experience after completion of graduation as on March 31, of the year in which the program starts.

  1. The placement committee is headed by students.
